Price, plans and billing

  • Aqua Voice Pricing. Aqua Voice pricing, checked October 5, 2026: 1,000 free words, Pro at $8 or $10 a month, Max and Business, and a free on-device option with no word cap.

Privacy, data and accounts

  • Aqua Voice and HIPAA. Aqua Voice says it is HIPAA and GDPR compliant, with a SOC 2 Type II report and ISO 27001. It also says to confirm plans and a BAA with support first.
  • Aqua Voice Privacy. Aqua Voice may store your transcripts unless you turn on Privacy Mode, per its own pages. What it collects, and a dictation app that stays local.
